ABOUT THIS JOB:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMM Expert to manage and execute our social media marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website. The SMM expert will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as an SMM Expert or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience developing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Hootsuite.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to the website.
- Manage social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Create engaging content such as posts, videos, images, and infographics for social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance and insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives.
